We wanted to reach out and remind you about your Availity Essentials account (formerly the Availity Portal). You haven't used it in awhile but that's OK. We all get busy.  


Here’s a quick refresher on how Essentials can simplify your life:

  • An intuitive interface that simplifies the exchange of administrative, clinical, and financial data with your payers
  • Standard workflows for patient registration, eligibility and benefit inquiries, claim submission, claim status, and more

Why Am I Receiving This Email?  

If you use Availity Essentials regularly, then you're likely the designated administrator for your office. The intended recipient of this email may no longer be with your organization or account cleanup is needed.


What Do I Need to Do?  

Log in to your account and review it for accuracy. Administrators should check the accounts that are registered for your organization and review permission levels.


How Do I Recover My Login Credentials?  

Speak to the administrator who set up your account. You can also visit the Essentials login page and click "Forgot Your Password" and/or "Forgot Your User ID".


How Much Does Availity Essentials Cost?   

Essentials is FREE to providers.


Which Health Plans Are Available Through Essentials?   

View our available payers and the transactions they support.


Do You Have Training?

Our Get Started page has an abundance of resources, including a recorded webinar that you can watch 24/7 at your convenience or live webinar options once you’re able to log in to your Essentials account. Once you log in, you can also navigate to the “Help and Training” button in the upper right-hand corner of your home screen, then select “Get Trained.” Our Reference Guide for Admins and/or Reference Guide for Users are helpful as well.
